A short note written when the work happens can preserve details that are hard to recover months later: your role, the result, the date, and evidence of the impact.
Use the app to record entries during the period rather than rebuilding them at the deadline. Before exporting, review the wording, verify the numbers, and follow your command’s format and information-handling guidance.
Brag Sheet entries are stored locally. You choose when to export or share them. On supported Android devices, optional Google Drive export and restore can use SeaBag-created files; it is not required for the local tracker. The privacy policy explains those choices.
Write entries the way an eval bullet will need to be written later: what you did, the scale of it, the measurable result, and when it happened. “Helped with inspection” fades; “Led the 14-person work center through the TYCOM inspection with zero documentation discrepancies, 12 Mar” survives the rewrite. Capture numbers while you still remember them — people trained, sorties supported, dollars saved, hours saved — because the numbers are the first thing a writing worksheet asks for and the first thing memory loses. A brag sheet maintained through the period turns eval season from archaeology into editing.

Can I add entries offline?
Yes. The tracker stores entries on your device and does not need a connection for everyday recording.
Does SeaBag write or submit my official eval?
No. It organizes your supporting accomplishments. You review and submit official inputs through your command’s process.
Where do my entries go?
They stay in the app’s local database unless you choose to export or share them. Optional Drive features are described in the privacy policy.
