A Physical Fitness Assessment includes the Body Composition Assessment and the Physical Readiness Test. This calculator estimates the PRT portion. Use the separate BCA calculator for body composition.
Select the age and gender table first. Enter push-ups as repetitions, plank duration in seconds, and cardio time as minutes:seconds. For the bike, enter calories, body weight, and the supported bike model. Results update as you change the inputs.
The overall average does not override an individual failed event. SeaBag shows each event separately so you can see where preparation is needed. Medical waivers, exemptions, event authorization, and official administration remain with your command and CFL.
When you are ready to practice, run the numbers the same way your CFL will. Record your rep counts and plank duration under test conditions, then try each alternate cardio option to see where your preparation stands. The calculator works as a planning tool too: enter a target score and work backward to the reps, seconds, and calories each event requires. Common questions
Does this calculate my entire PFA?
It estimates the PRT event scores. The BCA is a separate part of the PFA, and official records may also depend on waivers or exemptions.
What happens if one event fails?
The projected PRT is shown as a failure when any event is below 45 points, even if the overall average is higher.
Can I use the calculator offline?
